How it works?
(Vietnam visa application procedures)
To make your trip to Vietnam easier and more simple, the Vietnamese Government has implemented a modern electronic visa system to process your entry visa (for both Vietnam business visa and tourist visa) upon arrival at international airports in the country. Since now and then, all your visa application can be performed online without having to wait in front of the Vietnam Embassy or send your passport off by post. It should be noticed that visa on arrival works at the airports only.
Get started by filling visa online form with required information:
1. Your full name (exactly as stated in your passport)
2. Gender
3. Date of birth (DOB)
4. Nationality
5. Passport number
6. Visa type: single or multiple entry; 01 month or 03 months
7. Proposed arrival date

offline application form then send us via email

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process the application immediately and you will receive the copy of your visa approval letter via email within the chosen processing time. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration checkpoints at international airports in Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and Danang airport (Danang).

You then print out the file (colour preferred, but not required), prepare at least
2 photos of passport regulation size (2in x 2in, or 5.08 cm x 5.08 cm but not too strict), stamping fees (25 USD/person for 1-3 month single entry, 65 USD/person for less than 1 month multiple entry visa or 95 USD/person for 3 months multiple entry visa)

Once landing at the destination airport, go straight to the
landing visa counter and submit your visa approval letter (printed out beforehand) along with your passport, the
form
of entry and exit (filled in advance), two passport-sized photos and the stamping fee to Immigration Officers. The actual process takes around 15 minutes without
any hassle or trouble.
